The journey that built our family-centered practice
Our story begins with a simple Yellow Pages listing and a law student's determination to make a difference.
What is now Khattar Law, PC started as The Law Offices of Ed Goldner. Back in the day, when people still flipped through the Yellow Pages to find services, a young law student named Jason Khattar was searching for an internship opportunity. He found a listing for Ed Goldner's practice and decided to apply.
That decision would change everything. Jason, then a student at St. Mary's Law School in San Antonio, began working at the firm and quickly discovered his passion for helping injured and disabled individuals navigate complex legal challenges. He didn't just work there—he thrived, learning every aspect of personal injury and social security disability law.
Throughout his time at the firm, Jason worked his way up from intern to attorney. He graduated from law school, got married, and settled down in San Antonio with his growing family—eventually welcoming three children. San Antonio wasn't just where he practiced law; it became his home, his community, and the place where he would build his legacy.
Jason's dedication and expertise eventually led him to become Ed Goldner's partner. When the time came, he bought out the firm and became the principal representative and owner, transforming it into what we know today as Khattar Law, PC.
Multiple generations serving our community
Much of our management team has been with Jason Khattar since he started out as a new graduate from law school. This loyalty and dedication has created a true family atmosphere where employees have grown up with us, sharing in our journey and commitment to serving clients with the same care and attention we give our own family members.
Today, Khattar Law, PC is more than just a law firm—it's a family business in every sense of the word. Jason's commitment to treating every client like family extends to his own family, who have followed in his footsteps.
His oldest daughter, Madeleine Khattar, works as a representative for social security disability cases, continuing the family tradition of advocating for those who need it most. His son Christopher Khattar also works in the social security disability department at the firm, making this truly a multi-generational commitment to serving our community.
The firm has also expanded to include other businesses that serve our clients' broader needs. Mi Casa Financial, LLC and Paid Healthcare Medicare Advantage Plans are located right here in our office, providing comprehensive support for our clients' financial and healthcare needs.
